Kinky Boots is playing in Seoul from December

The musical has its seventh season tour

The hit musical Kinky Boots is back on Korean shores for a nationwide tour, bringing its high-powered story of acceptance and reinvention to audiences in Seoul and beyond. The production kicked off at the renowned Goyang Aram Nuri Aram Theatre from November 1 to 9, before travelling through six cities across Korea. The final leg in Seoul will run from December 17th, 2025, to March 29th, 2026, at the Sharotte Theater.

Local star Kim Ho‑young takes on a central role, paired with K-pop idol Ken (VIXX) from the group VIXX, ensuring both theatrical gravitas and popular appeal draw in audiences. The tour marks the show’s seventh season in Korea, reaffirming the production’s strong resonance — its themes of transformation, friendship and self-belief proving as fresh as ever.

With bold costumes, boot-shaking energy and a story that celebrates unexpected alliances, Kinky Boots promises a vibrant theatrical experience.
